Spellbound

This week has been fucking exhausting. He'd been consuling all week and dealing with a threat over in Norway. Somebody trying to brew mind control potions, again. Why couldn't everybody just get along and stop fussing? He's finally back home, in England, heading up the wizarding council while they go over worldwide news, and he gets an invite - no, it isn't that. It's more of a demand, from King Pendragon.

He's a bit tired, really, and didn't feel like dealing with it. "Not now, thank you. Politely decline, for me?" He told the runner. "Send him some magical candy."

He just wanted to go home and finish his book, thank you. He didn't ask for these powers, but if he took a holiday the world would flip out. People held him in high regard for some reason - he wasn't that wise, or old. He was just a young man trying to do right. Yet somehow the King was demanding his presence.

Merlin moans and clutches at Arthur when he spills into him, the warlock following easily a moment later, coming completely undone for the king.

Arthur is surprised and somewhat proud when he realises that Merlin came, completely untouched. He groans, slumping forward onto Merlin's chest, trying to catch his breath.

"I...that...fuck..." Merlin wheezes, totally blown out of his head.

Arthur manages little more than a grunt in response, rubbing Merlin's hips. When his cock starts to soften, Arthur pulls back, rolling to lie on his side next to Merlin.

Merlin's flushed and still panting, turning to curl into Arthur when he rolls onto his side.

Arthur wraps an arm around Merlin's waist, smiling blissfully. "I had almost forgotten how good sex can be."

Merlin laughs and nuzzles into Arthur's neck. "How do you forget?"

"Abstinence. Long years of it." Arthur sighs, closing his eyes.

"Well that's enough of that then," Merlin grins dazedly. "Mm..."

"Yeah, not going back there anytime soon." Arthur closes his eyes, hooking one leg over Merlin's hip.

Merlin smiles and lets his hand rest on Arthur's thigh comfortably.

After a minute lying with his eyes closed, Arthur dozes off again.

Merlin laughs and watches the man doze, gently stroking up and down his side.

Arthur wakes up again half an hour later, stretching out lazily. "Hey. Still no international crisis?"

Merlin sighs, curling into Arthur's chest. "There probably is. I should go check."

[royalpratness]

Arthur sighs as well, nodding. "Yes, I have a meeting in an hour I shouldn't miss."

Merlin leans forward to cup Arthur's jaw and kiss him warmly. "Text me, aye?"

"Will do." Arthur kisses him back, smiling. "Be safe."

"I'll do my best," Merlin smiles happily, kissing Arthur once more. "Mind if I shower real quick?"

[royalpratness]

"Of course not. Go ahead." Arthur gestures towards his ensuite.

[ayoungboy]

"Thanks," Merlin winks and slides out of the bed, walking into the bathroom. He doesn't take too long to start the water and shower. God, the hot water feels divine.

[royalpratness]

Meanwhile, Arthur puts his bathrobe back on and drinks another cup of tea while reading the newspaper.

Merlin stumbles out of the bathroom, pink, clean, and dripping in his towel. "Bloody hell, where'd my clothes go?"

Arthur looks up, shrugging. "I have no idea. Try under the bed?"

[ayoungboy]

"You just want me to bend over," Merlin jokes, though he does bend over anyway to check.
