"I want you to." Arthur drapes his arm over Merlin's waist, closing his eyes again.

"Then I will," Merlin whispers, smiling gently and closing his eyes as well, hand smoothing over Arthur's cheek.

"I'm glad." He wouldn't want Merlin to leave now. It's way before his usual bed time but he feels pleasantly relaxed and warm in Merlin's presence.

"So...can we, um...are we...?" Merlin isn't sure how to ask, and he wraps his limbs around Arthur tightly.
