This week has been fucking exhausting. He'd been consuling all week and dealing with a threat over in Norway. Somebody trying to brew mind control potions, again. Why couldn't everybody just get along and stop fussing? He's a bit tired, really, and didn't feel like dealing with it. "Not now, thank you. Politely decline, for me?" He told the runner. "Send him some magical candy."

He just wanted to go home and finish his book, thank you. He didn't ask for these powers, but if he took a holiday the world would flip out. People held him in high regard for some reason - he wasn't that wise, or old. He was just a young man trying to do right. Yet somehow the King was demanding his presence.

Arthur nods, smiling. "We'll take it slow and figure out what works for us."

"Kinky." Arthur slips an arm around Merlin's shoulders, pulling him in close. "I can't wait to find out what we can do with it."

"I could give you some," Merlin says quietly, blushing a little. "I could give you a limited amount of my magic...and you could pin me down. Or whatever you want..."

"What?!" Arthur turns his head in surprise. "You could actually do that? How would that even work?"

"There's not a whole lot I can't do." Merlin says, looking back at Arthur. "I could take us into a fantasy...well, I'd just gather some energy and fuse it into you. It would run out eventually, of course."

[royalpratness]

"Wow." Arthur is somewhere between amazed and overwhelmed. "Let's save the more complicated stuff for later." He rubs his hand over the back of Merlin's neck.

"Just...anything you could imagine. Let me know." Merlin blushes, leaning into Arthur's touch.

"I will. But for now..." Arthur brushes his nose against Merlin's neck ", I think regular non-magic sex will do just fine."

"I'm fine with that," Merlin sighs happily, shivering and squeezing Arthur a little closer.

"Okay." Arthur tugs on Merlin's arm, pulling him into his lap.

Merlin blushes and dips his head to kiss at Arthur's jaw, nibbling lightly.

Arthur wraps an arm around Merlin's shoulders while his other hand reaches in between them, taking hold of both their cocks.
